owned by someone that i think owns your building as
well. anyway, she asked me to check him out for some
reason or another and i found your blog entry about

they begun to rent to artists ,
which at the time were congregating
 in NYC from all over the world,
truly artistic efervecence was going on,
100,00 artists and would be artists
were hanging here,
together with their respective millionair groupies stables,
when the mills saw they could live here
inside the forbidden city
and have huge spaces
they join in,except that they
the MILLS had money and credit
the ARTIST HAD NONE
they had only the SPIRIT
and with that they changed
the course of URBAN RENEWAL
the city payed a nlind eye to the issue (AIR)
and still does ,
except today employs more malice and corruption,
it stretches back to the traitor mayor koch,
who is responsible for this mess
 and responsible for all the suffering
it has inflicted on many,
anyway my building has no C of O,
like 500 other similar buildings
 that house 1 to 10 or more
IMD"S ( interim multiple dwelling )
tenants such as your humble servant,
we have been fighting the corrupt feable,
 incapable to correct or even to face up to it's mistakes,
totally submissive  
cannibalistic
bought city hall ,
so according to the LAW ( really )
they cannot give you a lease,
or raise the rent,( NO C of O) 
 NO certificate of occupancy,
 No RENT,
but again who is
going to enforce the LAW?
not the LOFT BOARD,
which is an office tucked inside
 the Mayor's City Hall Office,
 where our cases are sent to a flunky

to pontify on our housing cases,
not being a housing court
and in duplication of existing
habitational laws
the loft board is a temporary
agency now almost 25 years old!!!
you see... they have removed us
from the common laws
 as of the general DHCR laws
 and they stuck us inside a bureocratic

what's left of them
since they did summer cleaning

any way... here they charge some people,5,000.00
